June 2010 A small freighter is aground on the SW Reefs - position 21d 37.07N / 72d 24.82W.

June 2009 - Puerto Blanco. (WL Chart HIS017) The Port and Starboard buoys marking the entrance channel to Puerto Blanco harbour (Luperon) are reported to be missing.
The sand shoal on the west side of the channel has extended about 10 meters to the east, towards the channel. Mark this change on WL Chart HIS017 Plan H4A.
June 2009 - Mariners are advised to be cautious of temporary marks within the Puerto Blanco harbour and the entrance channel, and to follow the pilotage instructions and route line shown on WL Chart HIS017.
December 2010 - The missing Puerto Blanco Harbour entrance buoys that were lost during Hurricane ground seas have been replaced by PVC 6 inch floating Spar buoys which have Red and Green top marks. Red Marker 19d 54.358N / 70d 56.356W. Green Marker 19d 54.121N / 70d 56.61W. Ref. WL Chart HIS017 Plan H4A.
